What you're going to do

Have you already gained some experience in account management and realized that working with clients and sales are right up your alley? Boring products are not for you, and the thought of individual software solutions sparks your enthusiasm? Then you'll fit right in with us! To expand our account management team in Bern, we are looking for a motivated Junior Key Account Manager who is eager and committed to developing their career.  

In this role, the following tasks await you: 

  • Supporting the further development of key accounts  
  • Identifying business opportunities and contributing to the creation of appealing offers and contracts 
  • Working on strategic account plans and supporting their implementation  
  • Building up a network with decision-makers in public administrations such as the federal government and cantons  
  • Working together with experienced key account managers to create convincing sales stories 
  • Supporting the projects of the assigned key accounts in close cooperation with the project and service managers 

What we're looking for

  • Higher education in business informatics, business administration, sales, marketing, or similar 
  • Two years of experience in account/sales management, ideally in the public sector 
  • Appreciation of working with clients and a fascination for IT solutions  
  • Curiosity, motivation, and ambition, as well as customer orientation, are your distinguishing traits  
  • Fluent in German and English and/or French
