What you're going to do

Are you a well-organized and service-oriented professional who enjoys coordinating people, processes, and events while creating structure in a dynamic environment?


As part of our Market Unit, you will support the Unit Head and Unit Board in a broad range of administrative and organizational activities. In this role, you will help ensure smooth daily operations, coordinate meetings and internal initiatives, and contribute to a positive and efficient workplace experience. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across different functions and levels, making an important contribution to the success of the Market Unit.


You will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Supporting the Market Unit with administrative, organizational, and coordination activities
  • Organizing and coordinating Board Meetings, Team Lead Meetings, workshops, and offsites
  • Preparing presentations, surveys, reports, and meeting documentation
  • Coordinating Learning and Development activities and serving as a contact person for related topics
  • Supporting internal communication initiatives and information sharing across the unit
  • Managing office administration, including visitor reception, mail handling, and office supplies
  • Coordinating appointments, schedules, and logistical arrangements
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of administrative processes and team collaboration

What we're looking for

You are a proactive and reliable personality who enjoys helping others succeed. With your strong organizational skills, service mindset, and hands-on approach, you create structure and keep things running smoothly even when priorities change.

 

  • Commercial training or comparable education
  • Professional experience in office management, executive assistance, event coordination, or a similar role
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and planning skills
  • Structured, independent, and reliable way of working with a strong sense of ownership
  • Service-oriented mindset combined with a pragmatic and hands-on approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Collaborative and team-oriented personality
  • Fluent German and good English skills (at least B2)
  • Willingness to work primarily on-site on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
