We’re currently building a Security Operations Support Team in Budapest, and we’re looking for motivated students to join us.

Choose your schedule: 24 / 32 / 40 hours per week

3–5 days per week in 8-hour shifts

In our Solutions Unit, we support clients who rely on us to keep their systems secure and running smoothly.
In this role, after completing our onboarding program, and you will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring and processing security alerts (iBOX, Elastic SIEM)
  • Reviewing and classifying alerts based on predefined use cases
  • Ensuring accurate and accessible outputs for end customers
  • Creating and maintaining high-quality tickets with clear documentation
  • Escalating incidents to Level 2 when needed
  • Following established playbooks, escalation processes, and data protection guidelines 

What we're looking for

  • Entry-level experience in IT support, service desk, or relevant studies/training
  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals (or strong interest)
  • Willingness to work on-site in Budapest in a 24/7 shift system, minimum of three 8-hour shifts/week
  • English: solid working proficiency (B2/C1)
  • Any level of German knowledge is a plus
  • Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented mindset
  • Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
