We are currently building a Security Operations Support Team in our Budapest office (in-person attendance required). In our Solutions Unit, we support clients who rely on us to keep their systems secure and running smoothly. In this role, after completing our onboarding program, and you will be responsible for:
- Monitoring and processing security alerts in iBOX and Elastic SIEM according to SLAs
- Reviewing, validating, and classifying alerts based on predefined use cases
- Ensuring that rule outputs are accurate and accessible for end customers
- Creating and maintaining high-quality tickets with clear documentation
- Escalating incidents to Level 2 with well-structured use cases
- Following established playbooks, escalation processes, and data protection guidelines

What we're looking for
- Entry-level experience in IT support, service desk, or relevant studies/training (preferably with a focus on Cybersecurity)
- Basic understanding of IT fundamentals (e.g. TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, logs, antivirus concepts)
- Strong interest in cybersecurity and willingness to learn
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift-based schedule in the office, minimum of 24 hours/week
Language skills:
- German: good working proficiency (B1/B2) – this is essential
- English: solid working proficiency (B2/C1)
Personal skills:
- Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
