What you're going to do
At our office in Budapest, our interdisciplinary and international team is looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst with the option of working from home on certain days. You are the point of contact for inquiries from colleagues, partners, and clients. You ensure high client satisfaction, and are responsible for following our service level agreements. By collaborating with experienced system administrators and engineers, you can deepen your knowledge of current technologies. In our team, where commitment to service is always the first priority, the following responsibilities await you:
- Single point of contact (SPOC) for all IT-related enquiries and incidents
- Handling and resolving technical and permission issues related to Windows and MacOS
- Receiving, analyzing, and documenting tickets in our internal ticketing system for both internal and external customers
- Close collaboration with the global IT Solutions Team (L2 & L3 Support)
- Account and user management for internal employees and external customers
- Ensuring friendly, solution-oriented and service-oriented customer support at all times
What we're looking for
- Good knowledge of Windows and MacOS
- Strong technical affinity and enthusiasm for solving hardware/software/permission challenges
- Customer-oriented mindset and enjoyment of supporting both internal and external users
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style with strong analytical and solution-oriented thinking
- Very good knowledge of English; German is an advantage
