Our IT infrastructure is critical for the work of our software engineers, testers, business analysts and other employees. Therefore, having an advanced and stable IT environment which people can rely on is essential to us. You will have the chance to collaborate with our other Windows Engineers in challenging tasks especially with Microsoft cloud technologies. 

As one of our Windows System Engineers, you will be responsible for building, expanding and operating global IT services and their associated sub-systems and to provide 3rd level support. To ensure stable and smooth operation of the infrastructure, you will closely cooperate with colleagues from the other locations and departments. You will leverage technologies like Active Directory, AAD, Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, Teams), SCCM and others.  

In your daily work, you will:

• Design, develop and deliver cloud features and functionality to deliver a strategic platform leveraging Azure, Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Managed Desktop. 
• Use SAFe agile working practices to collaborate across engineering disciplines to release enterprise class cloud services. 
• Engage with technology partners and their engineering teams on preview technologies to help shape products that will improve the services we provide to colleagues and customers. 
• Create modern workplace solutions to increase productivity, reduce operational costs and simplify how we work with colleagues, customers and third parties. 
• Drive continuous improvements to ensure we operate an evergreen platform. 
• Provide mentoring and support for 2nd and 3rd level system administrators, including analysis and solving of defects, initiation and monitoring of actions, handling of service requests 
• Work in cross functional teams located in Budapest, Switzerland and Vietnam with architectural, business and other engineering functions to shape, design and build solutions. 

What we're looking for

• Experience of Microsoft 365 technologies specifically in the following areas: Exchange Online and Azure AD based security including experience creating and designing Conditional Access policies, Identity Protection configuration and External Collaboration (B2B) settings. 
• Management of Windows 10/11 endpoints using a cloud first approach leveraging Windows AutoPilot, and Endpoint Manager through MDM enrolment. 
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in Windows infrastructure 
• Advanced knowhow and management of Active Directory, AAD, SCCM, Microsoft 365 collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online and OneDrive for Business. 
• Strong scripting ability in languages such as PowerShell 
• Working in cross functional teams with architectural, business and other engineering functions to shape, design and build solutions. 
• Good understanding of security best practices 
• Passion for cloud and a demonstrable growth mindset with the ability constantly learn and develop. 
• Good written and spoken communication skills in English to collaborate internationally
