What you're going to do
We build innovative and pioneering software solutions for our Swiss-based clients in interdisciplinary, international project teams. For our Financial Sector Unit, we are looking for a Project Assistant to complement our team. In this role, you will focus on supporting our team of Hungarian and Swiss Project Managers (PMs). As part of the team, you will bear responsibility for project-related tasks and processes and support the smooth execution of our software development projects and thus shape the software landscape of our customers.
With your organizational skills, strong service orientation and initiative, you will solve even the trickiest situations, so that we can celebrate successes together. Work in a highly dynamic work environment and a unique work culture where personal input and opinions are valued. While tackling new challenges together, the following tasks await you:
- Lead smaller projects independently, including tasks like
- Project reporting and staffing
- Controlling and releasing time bookings
- Ensuring correct invoicing together with our Finance team
- Risk management
- Act as a deputy for other Project Managers to help out during vacations
- Support Project Managers of bigger projects with administrative tasks in the area of project planning, controlling and reporting
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business management, information technology or related discipline)
- Independence, initiative and drive
- Team- and solution-oriented approach
- Professional presence when interacting with various stakeholders
- Fluency in English, knowledge of German is a plus
- Affinity for financial aspects of a project
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
