What you're going to do

Even though you may have deep expertise in DevOps, you can broaden your perspective by collaborating closely with development and testing teams across the full lifecycle. We are starting a new initiative with an existing client, joining development in a very large project that has multiple teams across Hungary, Switzerland, and Portugal. The application is a state-of-the-art case-based engine that controls hundreds of processes in the social insurance domain. The application is scheduled to go live for various mandators over the course of the next 3 years.
This is what you'll be doing:
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to support efficient and reliable software delivery
- Managing container orchestration and deployment using Kubernetes and OpenShift
- Configuring and maintaining Helm charts for application packaging and deployment
- Collaborating with the customer to integrate DevOps best practices into the software lifecycle
- Monitoring and improving system reliability, scalability, and performance
- Participating in release planning, execution, and post-release support
- Maintaining and improving infrastructure and automation quality (especially through reviews and feedback)
What we're looking for
- Confident knowledge of container orchestration and deployment using OpenShift and Kubernetes
- Experience with Helm for managing Kubernetes applications
- Familiarity with Argo CD or similar GitOps tools for continuous delivery
- Nice to have: exposure to web development technologies (Java, Angular), monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack), experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible), scripting and automation (Bash, Python, etc.)
- Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
