What you're going to do
At our office in Budapest, our interdisciplinary and international team is looking for a Service Desk Agent with the option of working from home on certain days. You are the point of contact for inquiries from colleagues, partners, and clients, ensure high client satisfaction, and are responsible for maintaining our service levels. By collaborating with experienced system administrators and engineers, you can deepen your knowledge of current technologies. Instead of just following predefined processes, at Adnovum you have the opportunity to think outside of the box and find individual solutions. And commitment to service is always the first priority. The following responsibilities await you:
- 1st and 2nd-level IT support for Adnovum employees at all our locations
- Hardware and software support (laptop installation)
- Close cooperation with the global IT solutions team, including infrastructure, internal applications, collaboration tools, and cloud services
- Handling and solving problems related to O365 and VPN
- Acting as first point of contact for our international clients in German and English
- Independent communication with all internal departments involved, from 2nd level support to software development
What we're looking for
- Completed training as ICT specialist, comparable training, or at least two years of professional experience in ICT support
- Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, additional knowledge of MacOS a big plus
- Enthusiasm for technical challenges regarding hardware and software
- Pleasure in dealing with clients
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style, as well as logical, agile, and analytical thinking
- Very good command of Hungarian and English
