HR Business Partner

What you're going to do
At Adnovum, people are the biggest reason for our success. An effective, high quality and supportive HR organization is therefore very important for us. As our HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Driving operational tasks throughout the entire employee lifecycle process and making adaptations to ensure efficiency
- Operating tasks from attraction to off-boarding including employment contracts, probation results, contract modifications and terminations
- Maintaining of HRIS (SAP) databases
- Acting as the first point of contact for employees to ensure timely support in line with Adnovum' s values, policies, and procedures
- Coordinating with Vietnamese authorities (e.g. Internal Labor Regulations)
- Overseeing payroll & SI-HI / PIT and coordinating with external providers
- Updating & streamlining company policies and HR procedures
- Labour law
- Ensuring that HR related activities are in line with labor regulations
- Monitoring labor law situation and deriving measures
- Understanding the business needs
- Building and maintaining influential partnership with team leads to ensure that People Management measures support business needs
- Identifying training needs for teams and individuals
- Taking care of employee's well-being
- Acting as a bridge between management and employees; resolving complex employee relationship issues, addressing grievance and conducting exit interview
- Nurturing a positive and performance driven working environment
- Driving organizational development
- Monitoring the effectiveness and success of People Management programs and processes
- Taking part in projects within People Team and lead sub-projects cross Units
What we're looking for
- A university degree in HR/business management or related discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in HR operation, Compensations and Benefits, and HR Business Partnering
- Preferable experience working for an European company
- Solid good knowledge of Vietnam labor, tax and social security law related to key areas of responsibility
- Excellent written and oral communication skills both in English and Vietnamese
- Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office and HRIS (experience with SAP is an advantage)
- Project management skill, Innovation mindset and problem-solving skills
- Capable to engage with different types of stakeholders with various personality profiles
