What you're going to do

Do you enjoy creating meaningful learning experiences and helping people grow in their careers? Join Adnovum as an HR Coordinator to deliver impactful learning experiences and ensure smooth, efficient performance processes. Your key responsibilities will include: 

Learning & Development (L&D)

  • Coordinate global in-person and online training programs, including planning, enrolment, communication, and logistics
  • Maintain the annual training calendar and update internal platforms (e.g., intranet, flyers, presentations)
  • Liaise with trainers, manage participant communication (invitations, pre/post-work), and support stakeholders
  • Handle admin tasks for internal and external training requests, including invoicing and cost tracking
  • Drive efficiency through process improvements and digital tools
  • Support L&D-related projects and initiatives as needed

Performance management 

  • Support communication and engagement around performance management timelines and milestones
  • Support system setup, data maintenance, and user access for performance management tool
  • Be a point of contact for employee and manager questions related to the performance process
  • Monitor completion rates and generate reports for People colleagues and Team Leads
  • Support continuous improvement of the performance process, tools, and related documentation
  • Help organize training and resources related to goal setting, feedback, and performance development

What we're looking for

  • +2 years experience in Training administration, HR Operations, or other admin related functions
  • Preferable experience working for an European company and therefore in working and connecting virtually (your Team Lead is in another country)
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • A proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • A collaborative spirit and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Strong Excel skills, experience with SAP SuccessFactor is a plus
  • Comfortable working with digital tools
