What you're going to do
Are you looking to start your career in Talent Acquisition and gain hands-on experience in an international environment? Do you enjoy connecting with people, identifying talent, and creating a positive candidate experience? Then we may have the right opportunity for you.
As part of our global Talent Acquisition team in Ho Chi Minh City, you will work closely with Talent Acquisition Managers across locations. You will support recruitment activities, talent projects, and pipeline development while gaining exposure to the recruitment lifecycle.
You will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Supporting global talent acquisition projects and initiatives
- Managing interview scheduling and candidate communication to ensure a seamless recruitment process
- Conducting active sourcing for current vacancies and future talent pipelines
- Reviewing and pre-screening applications against role requirements
- Supporting administration in our applicant tracking system (SAP SuccessFactors) and ensuring high data quality throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Contributing to a professional and positive candidate and hiring manager experience
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- First experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or Human Resources through internships, working student positions, or entry-level roles
- Interest in active sourcing and identifying talent through different channels
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders while maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), such as SAP SuccessFactors, is an advantage
- Collaborative attitude and willingness to learn in an international environment
