Technical Recruiter

What you're going to do

As a Professional Technical Recruiter, you will lead the recruitment process and employer branding efforts for Adnovum Vietnam. Collaborating with internal teams and external partners, you’ll ensure the acquisition of top IT talent and enhance our reputation as an employer of choice. You will be responsible for the following tasks:

Recruitment

  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding
  • Identifying and engaging both active and passive candidates through various channels, including databases, social media, job boards, professional networks, and universities
  • Coordinating and facilitating interviews, ensuring thorough evaluation and a seamless hiring process
  • Drafting competitive and fair job offers in collaboration with the management team
  • Partnering with the People team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for all new hires

Employer Branding

  • Developing and executing employer branding strategies in collaboration with the Head of People
  • Managing online branding channels and designing engaging social media campaigns & contents
  • Building strong relationships with top IT universities and coordinating events such as job fairs and student tours

Other Responsibilities:

  • Supporting additional tasks within the People team as needed

This is a temporary 9-month contract role to provide coverage during a planned absence

What we're looking for

  • 4-5 years experience in IT recruitment 
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Demonstrated experience in planning and executing employer branding initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and networks.
  • A customer-focused mindset and the ability to adapt to diverse cultural environments
