What you're going to do

We support our clients across a broad range of cybersecurity challenges and solutions, from security concepts and architectures to migrations and digital identity management. Our team of around 80 experts specializes in security solutions, Identity & Access Management (IAM), security consulting, and managed security services (SOC). 

Do you have experience managing software integration projects and an interest in cybersecurity? Then you could be a great fit for our team. As a Project Manager (job sharing possible), you lead IAM integration projects in complex system environments. Working in interdisciplinary teams, you will analyze customer requirements, provide expert advice, and help integrate established IAM solutions.

 

You will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Managing and controlling projects in the field of IAM
  • Advising clients on conceptual and organizational aspects of IAM and IT security
  • Supporting the continuous improvement of processes
  • Analyzing, evaluating, and coordinating customer requirements
  • Preparing offers, contracts, and proposal presentations
  • Planning, monitoring, and reporting on project progress, scope and budget
  • Coordinating resource allocation across project phases
  • Ensuring effective communication and maintaining high-quality delivery standards

What we're looking for

  • Degree (University or University of Applied Sciences) in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Several years of experience managing software and integration projects
  • Strong interest in cybersecurity, particularly IAM, combined with technical affinity
  • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and traditional methods (Hermes); certifications are an advantage
  • Experience in sales and pre-sales activities, including preparing and negotiating offers and contracts
  • Experience with IAM solutions such as One Identity, Nevis, Okta, or Airlock is preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently
  • Professional presence when interacting with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Fluency in French and English; German is a plus
