What you're going to do
Join our esteemed team, specializing in the design and implementation of custom software solutions in the security industry, with a focus on market leading security platforms. As part of our global team based in Switzerland and Portugal, you'll work in an agile environment alongside solution architects, project managers and other software engineers.
In your role, you will develop and expand our solutions, which are based on standard platforms. You implement the necessary process logic, data storage and interfaces to surrounding systems. A wide range of technologies are used, which we support you in learning.
We work with cloud platforms as well as with solutions on-premises at customers' side and therefore offer an exciting insight into current software solutions.
As an IAM Engineer your tasks will include:
- You develop and implement sophisticated security solutions using a combination of Java, VB.NET, MSSQL, PowerShell and Angular and make a significant contribution to the success of the project.
- You also integrate peripheral systems and develop the necessary interfaces.
- You support our projects in important tasks such as solution design, estimation, releases, and testing.
- Building expertise across our security platforms.
- You will also become familiar with other topics such as authentication, authorization, and secure system development.
- Collegial collaboration with other engineers in the IAM environment
What we're looking for
- BSc or MSc degree in Computer Science or a related field
- You are confident in using VB.NET, Java, MSSQL, PowerShell, Angular and are open to learning other technologies.
- Proficiency in developing and working with RESTful Web-Services and other interface technologies.
- Experience with working on a large codebase and in database programming with T-SQL
- Experience working with distributed systems
- You are interested in security topics and would like to develop further there
- Understanding of DevOps principles and practices
- Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
