As part of an interdisciplinary and international project team, you will make a decisive contribution to the development of customized software solutions. You will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Close exchange with clients to identify opportunities
- Developing and describing business use cases in collaboration with the client
- Analyzing the overall context of business processes and organizational structures
- Evaluating and validating operational solutions with regard to the project specifications
- Analyzing, specifying, and validating complex technical requirements
- Developing technical solution concepts and solution designs in close collaboration with our software architects, developers, and UX designers
- Collaborating in the implementation of solution designs during the entire development process
- Competent liaison between client and internal software development
What we're looking for
- Degree in computer science or business informatics (ETH, university, university of applied sciences)
- 3–5 years of experience as a business analyst or requirements engineer
- Certifications in requirements engineering (IREB, CBAP, CCBA, CPRE, etc.) or a completed CAS in business requirements engineering a plus
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
- Ideally practical experience with agile methods such as SAFe and Scrum
- Problem-solving skills, very good communication skills, service- and customer-oriented mindset and work approach
- (Self-)Initiative, ambition, independence, and a team player mentality
