What you're going to do

Our team in the Market Unit Financial Services is looking for support for projects with the BSI Customer Suite in the banking and insurance sectors. In addition to your project work, you will actively help shape the vision for our offering in the areas of customer relationship management (CRM) and customer experience (CX).

As part of an interdisciplinary and international project team, you will play a key role in developing and introducing digital solutions for CRM and CX. You will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Conducting market and needs analyses to identify innovative solutions in the areas of CRM and CX
  • Determining and documenting customer needs, analyzing business processes, and identifying potential for optimization
  • Specifying requirements and user stories in close coordination with the product owner to ensure implementations that meet customer needs
  • Developing technical concepts and solution proposals for customer-centric solutions that improve the added value for our clients in the financial services industry
  • Creating implementation plans and managing the execution while adhering to time, budget, and quality specifications
  • Cooperating closely with our development team to ensure that requirements are successfully implemented and high-quality solutions are created
  • Monitoring the progress of the project and reporting regularly to the stakeholders
  • Training users and providing second-level support during and after the implementation phase
  • Independent and continuous acquisition of knowledge about trends and developments in the financial services industry and in the field of digital CRM and CX solutions

What we're looking for

  • University degree in business informatics, business administration, or natural sciences, or comparable training and further education as well as BSI certification
  • At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, solution development, and the implementation of digital solutions, ideally in the areas of CRM, customer processes, and sales and marketing automation, as well as in customer experience in general and BSI projects in particular
  • Ability to understand and structure complex business requirements and translate them into precise user stories; knowledge of data modeling and the development of databases a plus
  • At least 3 years of experience in the financial industry, ideally in marketing, sales, customer care, or customer service
  • Experience with agile project management concepts such as Scrum or Kanban
  • Interest in getting actively involved in our CRM and BSI community and sharing your knowledge
  • Strong communication skills and team player mentality
  • Business fluent in German and English
