You are not the campaign owner, but the driving force behind the content that helps campaigns succeed and achieve measurable business results.

In this role, you will take on a key position within our global marketing team. You will develop content that strategically supports campaigns and contributes to the objectives defined by our marketing managers. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that all content is consistent, customer-centric, results-oriented, and aligned with our business goals. You will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Contributing to the development and continuous improvement of a persona- and solution-based content pipeline aligned with defined strategic marketing priorities
  • Translating business and campaign objectives into impactful content assets across the entire marketing funnel
  • Creating compelling, audience-focused content for websites, campaigns, email nurture streams, and social media channels
  • Ensuring consistent storytelling with a strong focus on customer value and conversion
  • Supporting account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives through targeted content strategies and assets
  • Creating and optimizing content for multi-channel lead nurturing programs
  • Optimizing content performance, engagement, and visibility through SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)
  • Analyzing content performance and deriving actionable optimization measures, including A/B testing
  • Actively leveraging and further developing AI-powered content approaches to improve scalability and efficiency
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across Marketing, UX, Digital, and Sales to ensure a consistent customer experience
  • Supporting personalization initiatives and content optimization throughout user journeys

What we're looking for

  • Several years of experience in digital content marketing, with a strong marketing foundation and a solid understanding of end-to-end marketing, marketing funnels, and lead generation
  • Proven expertise in content strategy, copywriting, and impactful storytelling
  • Strong affinity for social media and confident, proactive use of AI in marketing
  • Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) and data-driven lead nurturing
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO and modern content optimization approaches, including AEO and GEO 
  • Strong understanding of target audiences, buyer personas, and cross-channel content strategies
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, combined with a good understanding of UX, CX, and personalization
  • A high degree of ownership and accountability, a structured working style, and a self-starter mindset, along with excellent German and English language skills (C2/native-level proficiency) and the ability to create high-quality marketing content in both languages
