What you're going to do

We value speed and reliability and enjoy what we do. As a team of four, we juggle all topics of the employee life cycle and take care of all personnel matters from onboarding to offboarding for our employees in Switzerland. We also contribute to various HR projects and always strive to become faster and better at our job (keyword: process optimization). Feedback, input, and ideas are therefore always welcome. 

Do you enjoy taking on administrative tasks, but are equally adept at using your experience and expertise to advise stakeholders and line members on personnel matters? Then become part of our team and help shape topics surrounding People Operations. We have a lot of exciting plans and want to have fun interacting with people – including in English. Do you have a networked mindset and a proactive approach, and enjoy supporting employees throughout the entire employee life cycle? Sounds like a match to us!  You will be responsible for the following tasks:  

  • Responsibility for the administrative handling of the entire employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding 
  • Contact person and sparring partner for employees and line members 
  • Advice on labor law issues 
  • Responsibility for case management, exit monitoring, certificate creation, and system mutations 
  • Active participation in HR projects and in the further development and optimization of HR workflows and processes 
  • Creating evaluations and analyses in Excel 

What we're looking for

  • First professional experience in a similar role and/or HR-specific training and/or further education  
  • Knowledge of Swiss labor law 
  • High quality awareness, a solution-oriented approach, holistic thinking, communication skills, and a positive attitude 
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, SAP a plus 
  • Fluent in German and English
