We are looking for a creative and engaging individual with a wide range of interests to join our Requirements Engineering team in the Market Unit Financial Services (60-100% workload). Apply today and become part of an interdisciplinary and international project team that develops forward-looking, tailor-made software solutions for our customers. Your tasks will include:
- Collaborating with clients to develop and describe business use cases
- Analyzing business processes and organizational structures to derive meaningful requirements
- Assessing and validating solution designs based on project specifications
- Specifying complex technical requirements and aligning them with stakeholders
- Designing solution concepts in close cooperation with developers, architects, and UX experts
- Coordinating and documenting requirements using tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Supporting the implementation of solution designs throughout the development life cycle
- Acting as a key liaison between clients and development teams
- Communicating change requests and supporting topics across stakeholder groups
What we're looking for
- University degree (ETH/university/FH) in computer science, business informatics, or a related field
- At least 3–5 years of experience in requirements engineering or related roles
- Analytical mindset with an independent and proactive working style as well as strong communication skills
- Commitment to dive into existing, complex IT solutions and co-create new ones
- Fluency in German and English
- Certifications in requirements engineering (IREB, CBAP, CCBA, CPRE, etc.) or a completed CAS in business requirements engineering are an advantage
- Familiarity with Agile methods such as SAFe and Scrum (practical experience is a plus)
- Basic technical knowledge, for example about databases, is a plus
