What you're going to do

Are you passionate about identifying and engaging top talent while helping shape the future of Talent Acquisition?

Join our Talent Acquisition team in our Zurich office in a role that combines hands-on recruitment, employer branding and strategic talent acquisition work. You will lead hiring activities while driving initiatives that strengthen how we attract, engage, and hire talent. Working closely with business stakeholders and colleagues from the People team, you will contribute to the evolution of our global Talent Acquisition function, enhance Adnovum`s employer brand and make a visible impact on our growth.

You will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Leading end-to-end recruitment activities across Switzerland, Hungary, Portugal, Singapore and Vietnam
• Partnering with hiring managers on hiring decisions, workforce planning and talent strategies 
• Delivering an outstanding candidate experience from first contact through offer stage
• Building and nurturing talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Driving talent acquisition projects, process improvements, and strategic initiatives
• Developing and executing of employer branding initiatives that strengthen Adnovum's visibility and attractiveness as an employer
• Collaborating with Marketing, People, and business stakeholders to create authentic employer branding content and talent attraction campaigns
• Advising stakeholders on talent market trends and recruitment best practices
• Building strong relationships through regular face-to-face interactions with candidates, hiring managers, and colleagues in our Zurich office
• Ability to translate business needs into effective hiring and talent attraction strategies

What we're looking for

• University degree or degree from a university of applied sciences
• 3+ years of experience in end-to-end recruiting, including active sourcing and employer branding  
• Experience leading recruiting-related initiatives, projects, or process improvements
• Experience recruiting for technology, software engineering, or IT-related roles is a plus 
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills with the ability to translate business needs into effective hiring strategies
• Structured, proactive, and ownership-driven way of working
• Fluent German (C2, mandatory) and strong English skills (C1 / business fluency)
